DOUBLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1/4 to 1/3 lb. thin spaghetti
6 green onions with tops, sliced
1 c. sliced celery
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. diced ham
1 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 c. each sour cream, cottage cheese, grated cheddar cheese

Cook and drain spaghetti. Saute onions in butter. Add mushrooms, ham, chicken, seasoning and water chestnuts. Heat. Combine sour cream and cottage cheese with spaghetti. Add ham and chicken mixture, toss lightly. Pour into large greased casserole dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees or 45 minutes at 350 degrees if prepared ahead and refrigerated. My teenage kids and friends really enjoy this dish!
