HAM LOAF SUPERB 
3/4 lb. ham
1/2 lb. veal
1/4 lb. pork
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. pineapple juice or pickled peach juice
3/4 c. milk
Dash of peppers
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees (moderate). Grind together ham, veal and pork. Mix in eggs, bread crumbs, milk and pepper. Pat mixture in loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Spread mixture of mustard and brown sugar on top of loaf. Pour juice over loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Baste loaf several times during baking. Serve with easy horseradish sauce. 5-6 servings.
