BAKED APPLE 
1/2 c. cranberry juice
1/2 c. red wine
1 baking apple
1 tsp. apple juice concentrate
Pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp. raisins

Core apple and stand it bottom down in a baking dish. Sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon, making sure some gets inside the apple. Stuff raisins into the center of the apple. Pour juice and wine into baking dish around apple. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until skin splits and the apple is tender.
