HOT POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes in jackets
1/2 lb. bacon
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. onion, minced

Boil potatoes in jackets for 45 minutes. Cool and peel. Dice the onion and set aside. Fry bacon, cool and then crumble. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes, cubed cheese, Miracle Whip and onion together. Transfer to a buttered baking dish. Top the mixture with the crumbled bacon and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
