MIXED GREENS 
2 bunches collard greens
2 bunches mustard greens
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 lg. ham hocks
1 tsp. salt
2 qt. water

Wash greens thoroughly, cut off tough stems and leaves. Add all ingredients in large pot. Cover and boil about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
