1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 rounded tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg

Cream butter and sugar, add flour, then eggs. Beat well and add buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

PIE CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cold water

Work together with fork until well mixed. Roll out with floured rolling pin.
