BARLEY SOUP 
1 chuck roast
1 c. barley
1 c. (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
1 onion
1 tbsp. parsley
Celery and leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables

Combine in large soup pot on stove top. Cook 2 hours on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
