MEXICAN BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (7 oz.) macaroni
3/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. corn chips, crushed
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. hot water
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can (12 oz.) corn
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cook macaroni and drain. In large skillet brown meat. Pour off fat, add green peppers, onion and seasonings. Cook and stir until tender. Stir in macaroni, water and drained corn. Pour all into a 3 quart baking dish. Stir together tomato sauce over the top. Bake. When hot, top it with crushed corn chips and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
