1 can Borden's milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. almond extract

Blend together and fold in 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip. Divide in half and add 2 pints strawberries to one for filling or between layers and put the plain on top of the cake. Great on angel food cakes.
