1 head iceberg lettuce
1 med. head Romaine lettuce
1 lg. head Boston lettuce
1 tiny head raddichio lettuce
2 (No. 2) cans mandarin oranges
4 kiwis
1 qt. strawberries

Drain oranges. Slice kiwis. Wash, stem and halve strawberries. Wash and tear into small pieces all lettuce. Place greens in glass punch bowl. Arrange fruit over greens. Pour over dressing.

POPPY SEED DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion flakes

Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Slowly beat in 1 cup oil. Stir in 1 tablespoon poppy seeds. Chill.
