1/2 gallon green ice cream
1/2 gallon red or pink ice cream
6 oz. chocolate chips

Line a bowl with softened green ice cream (about 1 inch thick). Soften pink or red ice cream and fold in chocolate chips. Pour into the bowl and freeze. To serve, unmold and slice.

NOTE: Lime ice and raspberry ice or pistachio and peppermint ice creams are just 2 ideas.
