COCONUT CREAM CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 can Coco Lopez (cream of coconut), found in liquor department
1 c. flaked coconut
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Bake cake mix as directed on package. When cake comes out of oven poke holes in with meat fork and pour can of Coco Lopez over top. Let cool.

Mix gentle 1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut in Cool Whip. Spread Cool Whip over cake. Sprinkle addition coconut over top and refrigerate.
