SPINACH STUFFED MANICOTTIS 
1 sm. onion (1/4 cup)
2 tbsp. butter
Garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. hot pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Box of frozen chopped spinach
2 cans chicken
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
Manicotti shells
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
Sm. jar spaghetti sauce

Stir fry chopped onions in butter. Sprinkle in garlic powder, parsley flakes, basil, oregano, paprika, hot pepper, and black pepper. Add cooked spinach, chicken, cottage cheese and 2 eggs. Stir until boiling, then simmer until manicotti shells are done.

Stuff shells and arrange in 9 x 13 baking dish and cover with Spaghetti sauce. Heat for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes.
