SPINACH DIP | |
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix 1 (11 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and heated but not cooked 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 sm. red onion, chopped fine Mix all together several hours ahead. Can be used to fill hollowed out loaf of dark rye. Use pieces of bread as dippers. |
