BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
1 box crushed graham crackers
2/3 c. melted butter
2 eggs
2 sticks soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 lg. bananas
20 oz. crushed pineapple
16 oz. frozen strawberries or 1 pt. fresh
12 oz. nondairy topping
Nuts & melted semi-sweet chocolate

Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Mix crackers with melted butter. Pat into pan and firmly on bottom. Cream soft butter and confectioners' sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 10 minutes. Sprad carefully over crackers. Slice bananas. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Soak bananas in juice. Then discard juice.

Spread bananas over filling. Spread pineapple over bananas. Place whole frozen strawberries or sliced fresh strawberries over pineapple. Spread whipped topping over pineapple and garnish with nuts. Drizzle melted chocolate over nuts. Delicious.
