PEACH SUNDAE CRUNCH 
1/4 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 can (16 oz.) peach slices, chilled
Vanilla ice cream

In a shallow baking pan, combine oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon; spread mixture evenly over the bottom of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven; stir occasionally to break into small pieces as crumb mixture cools. To serve, spoon peaches into dessert dishes; top with a scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Makes 4 servings.
