BANANA OATMEAL BREAD 
3 ripe bananas
1 c. uncooked quick oats
1/2 c. milk

In glass cake or pie dish, mash bananas with fork. Add oats and milk, stir. 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs

In mixing bowl, cream together until smooth. Add the banana mix, stir. 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sift together. Add to above mixture and mix well. (Option - see below.)

Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove to rack and cool completely. Serve cold, warm or toasted.

Optional Ingredients: Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans when adding flour mixture - another flavor dimension.
