EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (2 layer size) pkg. German chocolate or Swiss chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread coconut and pecans on bottom of well greased 15 x 11 x 2 inch pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour on top of coconut and nuts.

Cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together. Drop by spoon in dollops on top of cake. Do Not Stir! Bake 45-50 minutes or until done. (Cake tester inserted between dollops comes out clean.) Please note size of pan. 13 x 9 x 2 inch is too small.
