VANILLA RAISIN DROP COOKIES 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins (prefer golden)
3 tbsp. milk

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Then beat in egg. Add the raisins and milk. Stir in the dry ingredients, 1/4 cup at a time. Drop by teaspoons on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Watch carefully as they have a tendency to burn on bottom.
