ROASTED POTATOES 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
6 lg. raw potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Melt butter in flat 3 quart pan in oven. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in paper sack. Drop potatoes into sack and shake until coated. Place on top of butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour; turn after the first 30 minutes. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
