MARINATED KABOBS 
Zesty Italian dressing
Cherry peppers, drained
Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Green and red pepper chunks
Mushrooms
Red onion chunks
Zucchini slices
3-inch pepperoni slices, folded in quarters
Extra sharp natural Cheddar cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes

Pour enough dressing over vegetables and pepperoni to moisten. Cover, marinate in refrigerator overnight. Drain vegetables and pepperoni. Arrange vegetables, pepperoni and cheese on skewers to form kabobs. Serve with French bread or assorted crackers, if desired.
