BEEF ROLL UPS 
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
6 thin cube steaks
1 c. prepared brown gravy

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, butter and salt. Top each steak with stuffing. Roll up as for jelly roll, then fasten with toothpick. Brown in oil. Add gravy, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until steaks are very tender. Serve with rice or noodles. Six or more servings, according to size of steaks.
