DUTCH APPLE DESSERT | |
1. 5 med. apples, pared, cored and sliced (about 5 c.) 2). 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 3). 1 tsp. cinnamon 4.) 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. cold butter 5). 1 1/2 c. Bisquick. 6). 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 7). 1/2 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine - 1, 2 and 3 in bowl. Cut 1/2 cup butter into 1 cup of Bisquick until crumbly. Stir into apple mixture and pour into greased 9 inch square pan. In small bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup Bisquick and sugar, cut in remaining butter, add nuts. Sprinkle on top. Bake 1 hour or until golden. |
