CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen chopped broccoli, put in processor to desired texture
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. coarse pepper
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules or 2 or 3 cubes
2 c. half and half milk
1/2 c. flour
Milk, as needed to thin after soup is done
1/2 c. water

May use 4 cups fresh broccoli pieces, steamed and put in processor to desired texture.

Saute onion in butter until translucent. Stir in broccoli, pepper and bouillon. Add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix half and half milk with flour. Add this mixture to the broccoli mixture and simmer until thick. Delicious.
