CREAMY POTATO PUFFS 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. onions, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. bacon, crisp & crumbled

Yield: 12 servings. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes. Mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients, except bacon and blend. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Sprinkle bacon on top.
