PECAN SNOWBALLS 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Sift flour and salt together. Add to creamed mixture. If mixture is very sticky, add a little more flour. Add nuts and shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool then roll in powdered sugar. Store loosely in covered container. Makes 6 dozen cookies.
