CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
1 tbsp. butter
1 square unsweetened chocolate
2 c. scalded milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar

Melt butter and chocolate in milk; pour over bread crumbs. Beat egg yolks and add sugar. Stir into milk; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into buttered casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until firm.
