CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour 1 1/2 cups milk in double boiler; add bread crumbs, chocolate, and sugar. Cook until light; add rest of the milk, salt, and vanilla. Stir this into chocolate mixture and cook until thick. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
