APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oats
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. butter

Arrange apple slices in pan. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle over apple slices. Mixture will be crumbly; use pastry blender. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender or golden brown. Serve warm; serves 6.
