APPLE CRISP 
5 c. sliced pared apples (about 5 med.)
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. firm butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange apples in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over apples. Bake until apples are tender, about 30 minutes. 6 servings.

PEACH CRISP: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Use square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Substitute 1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches, drained for the apples. Bake until light brown, about 20 minutes.
