PINK CLOVER RICE MOLD 
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooked rice, cooled
1 c. cream, whipped or 1 sm. container of Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add pineapple, salt, and sugar. Chill over ice water until partially thickened. Fold in rice and cream or Cool Whip.

Turn into large mold or individual molds and chill until firm. Yield: 8 servings.

NOTE: This recipe is great if doubled or tripled and then poured and chilled into little dispenser cups to set to serve a crowd.
