RICE PUDDING 
2 qt. milk
1 c. rice
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can milk
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip

Cook milk and rice until tender, beat eggs, sugar, can milk, vanilla and add to cooked rice then cook until thick. Let cool. Add 8 ounces Cool Whip and enjoy.
