5 to 6 apples - 2 Granny Smith & 3 to 4 MacIntosh

Cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
Dash of vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Pare and slice apples and sweeten with sugar and cinnamon to taste. Place remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well until smooth. Add apples to batter. Pour into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour, until cake is slightly brown on top.
