1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. onion
1 1/2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. milk

Mix all ingredients well. Form 3 loaves in 13 x 9 cake pan. Pour barbecue sauce over the loaves.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Barbecue Sauce:

2 1/2 c. catsup
2 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar or pickle juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 clove garlic or dash of garlic powder

Mix all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over the meat loaves.
