SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 med. zucchini, diced
2 med. yellow squash, diced
1 lg. tomato, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Mix together in 2-quart casserole. Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
