AMARETTO BALLS | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits 3 tbsp. white corn syrup 1/4 c. granulated sugar 2 tsp. instant coffee 1 tsp. boiling water 1/4 c. Amaretto 1 c. (about 24) crushed Lorna Doones 1/2 c. chopped walnuts (or pecans), finely chopped Unsweetened cocoa Combine first 5 ingredients in top of double boiler; heat until chocolate melts. Remove from heat and add next 3 ingredients. cool and chill in refrigerator. Shape in balls and roll in cocoa. Keep tightly covered in refrigerator. |
