AMARETTO CAKE 
2 pkg. Stella Doro Almond Toasts
1 (3 oz.) pkg. reg. vanilla pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. reg. chocolate pudding
4 c. skim milk
1 sm. whipping cream
Chocolate shavings

Arrange 1 package toasts on bottom of 8 to 9 inch springform pan. Put toasts with sides down so they can absorb pudding. You may have to break some to fill in spaces to cover pan bottom.

Prepare chocolate pudding as on box. Does not need to cool. Spoon evenly over layer of toasts.

Use second package of toasts over chocolate pudding in same way as on pan bottom. Prepare vanilla pudding as on box, spoon over. Cool briefly. Refrigerate overnight. Before removing pan sides, cut around edges with knife. Remove from pan.

Whip cream. Spread on top and sides. Shave chocolate on top.
