AMARETTO CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/3 c. Amaretto
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Amaretto
1/4 c. almonds
1 (1.2 oz.) chocolate bar, grated

Combine first 4 ingredients to make crust. Press onto and half way up sides of 9-inch springform pan. Chill.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each one. Stir in the Amaretto. Pour onto prepared crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Combine sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon Amaretto. Spoon over cheesecake. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours. Garnish with almonds and chocolate just before serving.
