BUBBLE BREAD COFFEE CAKE 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1/2 pkg. butterscotch pudding (dry)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts & raisins as desired
Bundt pan

Butter Bundt pan and sprinkle nuts and raisins in bottom. Cut frozen bread into pieces and place in pan with a few raisins between pieces. Sprinkle pudding over bread and pour melted butter over the bread and pudding. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the top and cover with foil. Let rise overnight and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
