ICE CREAM ROLL 
1 angel food cake mix
1 qt. ice cream (any flavor)

Make cake as directed. Line 2 oblong pans with wax paper.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes. Remove wax paper from pan. Cool again 5 minutes. Spoon ice cream on and roll as jelly roll. Wrap in aluminum foil. Freeze for 6 hours.
