HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
2 c. chopped bananas
2 c. nuts

Sift dry ingredients into big bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir well (do not beat). Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes on 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spread over cool cake.
