ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 cans pitted black olives
2 cans artichoke hearts, cut in half
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms
2 sm. jars roasted peppers cut in strips
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 c. olive oil
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
