MEATLOAF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
12-14 saltine crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk from soup can

Combine hamburger, egg and crackers in a medium bowl. Once combined push to level meat in bowl. Dump meat in medium casserole dish so it is domed. Pour cream of mushroom soup and milk on top of meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. When completed, take meat from pan and use soup and milk as a gravy. Enjoy. Makes 4 servings.
