2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. saltines
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 tbsp. onion, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. flour

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. In a loaf pan, shape mixture into a loaf. Spread over top 1/4 cup ketchup. Bake until done; drain. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
