CHEESE MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 egg
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg, add milk, add dry ingredients and 1/2 of the cheese. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. A delicious sugar-free muffin to go with soups, salads, stews, etc.
