MILK CHOCOLATE BROWNIE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. water
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan with shortening. In saucepan, heat butter, water and cocoa. Stir in flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, eggs and yogurt. Pour into pan. Batter will be very thin. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Frost with Cherry Frosting.

FROSTING:

Drain 1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries. In a saucepan, heat to boiling 1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/3 cup milk. Remove from heat. Gradually add and beat until smooth 1 (16 oz.) package powdered sugar. Stir in cut-up cherry pieces and 1 teaspoon almond extract and dash of salt.
