BROWNIES WITH HERSHEY'S SYRUP 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Hershey's syrup (chocolate)
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Brownies: Beat sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla with electric mixer. Add can of chocolate syrup. Stir in flour and baking powder. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frosting: Add sugar, butter, milk and vanilla together. Boil 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips and beat well. Delicious!
