BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. Pillsbury flour (self-rising or plain)
1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder if using plain flour and 1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted shortening
3/4 c. blueberries

Make a well in flour and add oil, beaten egg, sugar and milk. Stir just until mixed, add berries and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
