FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 box or bag of fettucini noodles
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. (carton) whipping cream, room temperature
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Optional snow peas

Cook fettucini according to package directions. Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing. Add butter, whipped cream and grated cheese. Toss until fettucini is well coated. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss in cooked snow peas if desired for an extra taste. (4-6 servings.)
