QUICK MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1/2 pkg. elbow macaroni 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. shortening 1 can chili 1/4 c. water Grated cheese Cook macaroni in salted water until done. Saute onion and shortening. Add 1 can chili and 1/4 cup water to onions. Cook until well mixed. Place macaroni in greased casserole dish. Heat until cheese is melted. |
